These Hardware Terms outline the conditions applicable to the sale, warranty, and support of hardware products offered by RALM Tech, including purchases made through RALM Shop. By purchasing hardware from us, you agree to these terms.


1. Product Descriptions

We strive to ensure that all hardware descriptions, specifications, and pricing on our platforms are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the pricing or description of a product you have ordered, we will notify you promptly and provide options to proceed or cancel your order.


2. Order and Payment Terms

  • Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed upon successful payment.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, EFT, and other options available through PayFast and Peach Payments.
  • Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, the Returns Policy will apply.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery Services: We partner with Courier Guy and PAXI Couriers for shipping.
  • Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery timelines depend on your location and chosen service tier.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated in promotions.
  • Delivery Issues: Contact us immediately if a product arrives damaged or is lost during transit.

4. Warranty Policy

Manufacturer Warranty

  • Most hardware products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period and terms are stated on the product’s documentation or our website.

Warranty Claims

  • Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval.

Exclusions

  • The warranty does not cover:
    • Physical damage caused by misuse or accidents.
    • Normal wear and tear.
    • Alterations or repairs not authorised by RALM Tech.

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • Non-Customised Products: Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns Policy.
  • Customised Products: Non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective.
