This Licensing and End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“End User,” “You,” or “Your”) and RALM Tech (“we,” “our,” or “us”) for the use of our software, cloud services, and related digital products (“Licensed Products”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our Licensed Products, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Grant of License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Licensed Products in accordance with this Agreement. This license is limited to personal or internal business use.
Restrictions

- Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Licensed Products.
- Rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the Licensed Products to third parties.
- Use the Licensed Products for illegal activities or in violation of applicable laws.
2. Ownership
All intellectual property rights in the Licensed Products remain the sole property of RALM Tech or its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
3. Updates and Upgrades
We may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Licensed Products. These are subject to the terms of this Agreement unless accompanied by a separate agreement.

6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must cease using and delete all copies of the Licensed Products.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Licensed Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Licensed Products will meet your requirements or operate uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, RALM Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Licensed Products.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of laws principles.
10. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement to reflect changes in the Licensed Products or legal requirements. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
